December 2011
• Jumped up, threw my fists in the air, and dramatically exclaimed, “POR QUÉÉÉÉ?!”
• Fell to my knees, and sobbed
• Curled up into the fetal position, and continuously rocked back and forth
• Rechecked Tumblr’s status (in denial) on downrightnow.com again, just in case it was a fluke
• It wasn’t, got scared, and repeatedly refreshed the page every five seconds
• Checked to see if my dashboard would load
• It wouldn’t, got even more scared, and repeatedly refreshed the page every five seconds
• Realization of what was happening began to set in, went mentally numb
• Stared into space, unsure of what to do in the “Real World”
• Stared at the wall
• Stared at the ceiling
• Thought about all of the dashboard scrolling I was missing out on
• Thought about all of the posts I could be composing
• Wondered what other Tumblrers were thinking about the outage
• Wondered when Tumblr would be back up
• Wrote this, so that when Tumblr was back up again, I could post it

Okay, so that’s not exactly what I did, but it’s pretty close. ;)
